While they are often used in competition at the local level, these should be considered TRAINING shot puts. If you are planning to compete at a level that weighs in implements, we recommend purchasing a Competition Shot.
NOTE: These are your every day Iron shot puts. Iron could rust if not cared for. Limit exposure to wet conditions and dry off shot after use. If you anticipate throwing often in wet/muddy conditions, consider upgrading to our Steel Competition Shots.
